HELICOPTER LINE PILOT
£53,439, SHOREHAM AIRPORT

Sussex Police South East Air Operations Unit are seeking a Line Pilot to fly their MD Explorer on Police and HEMS operations.

The minimum qualifications are:

• Current UK ATPL(H) or JAA CPL(H)
• JAA Class 1 Medical
• 1500 hours rotary wing flying time, to include:
• 500 hours Pilot in Command, overland, VMC, low level
• 500 hours twin engine helicopters experience

• 50 hours night including 20 hours PiC
• Applicants not meeting these minima will not be considered.

Police/HEMS experience and a Type Rating on the MD Explorer aircraft is desirable but not essential.

The successful applicant will be expected to reside within approximately 45 minutes travelling time of our East Base at Shoreham Airport.
