Job Desc: Omniflight Helicopters Inc. is seeking a Rotor Wing Pilot for our community based program in Birmingham, AL flying B-206L aircraft. Pilots work a 7 Day On/7 Day Off schedule of 12 hour shifts.

Job Duties are:
• Ensure that the operation of the aircraft is compliant with company and regulatory guidelines.
• Safely and expeditiously transport medical personnel and patients to and from requested locations.

• Ensure safety and security of the aircraft.
• Keep program personnel informed of the aircraft status.
• Keep the aircraft in a state of mission readiness.
• Attend meetings as requested by the customer.

• Maintain a professional and well-groomed image at all times.

Requirements: QUALIFICATIONS:

1. Current Commercial R/W with Instrument Rating.
2. Second class medical.
3. 2000 Hours Total R/W.
4. 1000 Hours PIC.
5. 100 Hours Night Unaided.
6. 500 Hours Turbine
REQUIREMENTS:

1. Demonstrates leadership and initiative.
2. Creates an environment that clearly demonstrates teamwork and professionalism.
3. Establishes effective interpersonal relationships and demonstrates positive customer service relations (internal and external).

4. Effective oral and written communication skills.
5. Possesses and demonstrates sound judgment and objectivity in decision making.
6. In-depth knowledge of operational requirements of field, regulations, policies and procedures.

7. Actively promotes teamwork on a corporate and program level.
8. Able to work a 7/7 schedule with 12 hour shifts.
9. Must reside within 1 hour commute of the operating base.
