Seeking Dual Rated Pilot
Summit Air Ambulance is expanding its operations and is seeking a Full Time Dual-rated (fixed and rotor) pilot for air-ambulance operations. Flight operations will be based in the northwest, and the successful candidate will live in the Boise, ID area near the company headquarters.
Following successful completion of company interview, pre-employment drug screening, previous employer record review, FAA background investigation, and ground and flight training/checks; the individual will serve as a float/backup pilot in a fleet consisting of Bell 206, Agusta 109E and Pilatus PC-12. Must be a skilled aviator and team leader, effective in demonstrating professional demeanor and conduct. Extensive Part 135 and EMS experience are preferred. This person may also eventually be designated as a Company Flight Instructor and/or Check Airman.
Minimum Requirements:
· The ability to fit in with our team. This position demands above average professional and inter-personal skills!
· 4000 hours total time
· 2500 Hours Rotorcraft PIC, or 3000 hours PIC combined ASEL/AMEL & RTCRFT with an emphasis on turbine rotorcraft hours
· Current FAA Commercial Certificate with ASEL, AMEL, Rotorcraft and Instrument ratings;
· Current First or Second Class FAA Medical Certificate, no restrictions
· No FAA Warnings/Violations
In addition to the above requirements, the preferred candidate will have;
· ATP;
· Extensive helicopter mountain-flying experience
· Current A109E and/or PC-12 Part 135.293, 297 and 299 checks;
· Prior civilian NVG experience;
