Job Desc: We are seeking an experienced BK117/EC145 Helicopter check pilot. The check pilot will perform Maintenance Operational Checks, Functional Check Flights and have the required skills to troubleshoot systems, test equipment, and perform check flight procedures IAW OEM procedures. The Pilot will verify through testing and analysis that aircraft maintenance was performed correctly and that all aircraft systems perform in accordance with specifications per the applicable OEM maintenance / operators manuals. Duties: The Pilot will be assigned the position of Functional Check Pilot and will report to the Sikorsky Aerospace Maintenance Site Manager. * Perform Check Pilot duties as required. * Perform assigned additional duty as required. * Assist maintenance lead in maintaining fleet Operational Availability
Requirements: The applicant must have a FAA Commercial Pilot or Airline Transport Pilot rating and appropriate category endorsement. A minimum of 1000 flight hours as first-pilot time. A current FAA Class II medical Certificate and able to maintain it.
