Eurocopter South East Asia (ESEA), a subsidiary from mother company EUROCOPTER, established in Singapore for more than 30 years, will be hosting the first Full Flight Simulator (FFS) Dauphin N3+ in Asia. This simulator will be ready for training in April 2012, and requires an expert training instructor. 

Recruitment of an experienced instructor on Dauphin type aircraft is needed by January 1,  2012:

• The primary function will be to conduct simulator training
• The secondary function will be to act as Chief SFI, under the Head of Training

Responsibilities

• To work independently on the pedagogical training aspect
• Lead a team of SFIs on Dauphin FFS
• Tracks training progress of customer, within the established curriculum
• Evaluate customers’ performance, issues and problems with the simulator
• Prepare documents and reports, as required
• Training tasks include lesson planning, simulator set-up, briefings…
• In-charge of training documentation (i.e. training manuals, syllabus, briefing sheet etc.)
• Perform ground course

Qualifications and Experience

• Self-motivated and results-orientated with a commitment to high standards
• Able to handle  and work effectively under stress
  Excellent professional verbal communication and presentation skills
• Dedicated team player with good interpersonal skills
• Ability to supervise and motivate subordinates
• Demonstrates good leadership and strong initiative
• Proficient use of Microsoft Office Word, Excel, Outlook and
• Power Point
• Fluent and confident in English , all other languages will be an advantage
• Preferably holding or has held a Commercial Pilot’s License with Instrument Rating (CPL/IR),
• Airline Transport Pilot License (ATPL)  will be an advantage
• Holding a Flight Instructor (FI) or Simulator Flight Instructor (SFI) license
• Minimum experience = 1500 hours on Dauphin family (actual/ simulator)
• Experience in Search And Rescue (SAR),Multi Crew Coordination (MCC), Night Vision Goggles (NVG) and Off Shore procedures will be an advantage

Compensation and Benefits

Competitive Salary – SGD$7,000/ month (TBD According to experience)
