Haverfield Aviation is currently seeking to fill the position of Chief Pilot.  This position requires the following:

·         The employee will work out of the Gettysburg office and therefore needs to live within a reasonable commuting distance to Gettysburg, PA

·         Assist the VP Of Operations as required to safely and effectively manage flight schedule

·         Review bid and job packages, address any operational issues and resolve issues that would stop project commencement

·         Review operational procedures to insure they accurately reflect current policies and procedures

·         Manage and schedule line pilots

·         Be well versed in company procedures and policies set forth in the company manual and all applicable FAA regulations, FAA issued operating certificates and FAA operations specifications

·         Maintain a staff of pilots with the knowledge and skills required to operate the various aircraft in the different operations conducted by our company

·         Supervise all pilots and be responsible for their performance and compliance with company policies and FAA requirements

·         Maintain proficiency as Part 133 and 135 Pilot In Command.
