Based at Bateen Airbase in Abu Dhabi, a vacancy has arisen for a Training Manager for the Rotary Wing, Reporting to the Chief Pilot and VP Flight Operations.

The ideal candidate will be able to demonstrate experience and the ability to perform effectively the functions associated with the job and with the scale of the operation.

Minimum 2 years experience in a similar position is required, preferably in the Middle East
Must have Comprehensive knowledge of CAR- OPS, EU, and any associated requirements and procedures
Must hold an appropriate Flight Crew License, Type rating, and Medical.
o CURRENT ATPL (UAE GCAA, EASA, OR EQUIVILANT)
o CURRENT FIRST CLASS MEDICAL
o ENGLISH LEVEL 6
Must be rated on one or more of the following Types:
o BELL 412 EP
o AS365N3
o EC130 B4
o BH 206L
o EC135 P2
o A109S
o S 76
Preference will be given to Bell 412 EP rating.
Must have the minimum flight experience:
o 5000 Hours PIC ( Medium Twin)
o 3000 Hours PIC Offshore Experience

Must possess excellent Leadership Skills, and the ability to manage a multi cultural team to increase efficiency and productivity
