An excellent opportunity has arisen to join a warm and friendly team based in Dyce in the capacity of Training Operations Manager. This is an all round role which encompasses training, operations and customer service.
The overall purpose of the role will be to provide:
EC225 pilot instruction
Manage the training operation
Develop new training business
Main Responsibilities will include:
Prepare/implement initial and recurrent courses syllabus
Provide wet training services as instructor
Provide IOS courses instruction
Perform Customer demonstrations
Prepare yearly scheduling
Manage daily scheduling updates
Manage associated resources (material and human)
Prepare documents for monthly invoicing
Perform evaluations on the simulator
Manage customer expectation and be flexible in your approach to the demands of high net worth customers.
Applications are desired from candidates who can display the following experience and traits:
Previous offshore pilot hours
Flying of EC225 or Superpuma
Previous instruction of EC225 or similar
It should be noted that you must have previous flown the EC225 or provided instruction on the EC225 to be considered for the role.
Candidates should also have:
Excellent communication both verbal and written
Usage of Microsoft packages
Knowledge of Aberdeen offshore oil and gas industry
Have a local network to be able to continue performing half-year flights
Portuguese language would be desirable
