| Job Desc: |
A helicopter pilot to serve as needed to satisfy long term contracts to Nelson AeroDynamiX, Corp. (NAC) clients.
The piloting will likely be in some combination and not necessarily in all of these; the EC130B4, EC120B, B206 & B206L-4 and possibly other model helicopters. Keeping the aircraft clean and ready for flight at all times will be a primary duty. The flying will involve business, Corporate/VIP and pleasure flying with the client aircraft under Part 91 rules. This person will be expected to well represent themselves, the employer and the end user client and their guests in varied situations and locations.

| Requirements: |
Though total flight hours don’t tell much of the story for most pilots, it is important. This position will likely be filled by someone with greater than 1,500 hours total time, at least 1,000 of which needs to be helicopter time. Also, at least 400 hours of turbine helicopter time and 100 unaided night are expected. The ability to pass and retain a 2nd Class medical and be of particularly healthy appearance and conditioning is required and expected by the clients.
The position will average around 15 flight hours per month, but this will vary widely and increase over time, but never be a high time builder job. It will be a low weekly hours required job and somewhat self directed once in the groove. The position will come with a salary, SIMPLE IRA matching to 3% of salary, full medical insurance benefits and travel/training expenses covered. The key is the growth potential in the compensation with additional clients retained. Someone will have to see the big and long term picture, living in a pleasant area with low cost of living and many things to do. Compensation will be commensurate with work required, experience and effort put forth, starting at a reasonable level with large step-growth potential. Bottom line: I am looking for someone who is ready for a great break in the industry, ready to settle into a more stable and family/personal life friendly job – but, is also ready to be entrepreneurial and a ‘go getter’ and learner. Someone I can trust to impress my clients and gain their trust with safe, properly assertive and professional conduct. Transition training in the EC-130 for pilot hires not already qualified by acceptable training source in type will be provided training in Michigan from November 26th through Dec 1st. The employment position is expected to begin January 15th, 2012.
