Our hiring requirement is 300 hours helo with 100 hours R22 Mariner on our contract:  You will need 100 hours in R22 Mariner on this contract or pay for it; this will guarantee you a job and if you have your cfi and no job this might be the ticket for you.  We do a photography contract and our insurance says 1000 hours open pilot or 300 hours named insured.  If you are a low time pilot without a job this might be a good starting point in the industry.
