Job Title:Captain - AW139 Offshore

Job Desc:Positions are for certified AW-139 Captains supporting the offshore oil industry in South America.  
  • License type: Air Transport Pilot License – Helicopter, with instrument privileges;
  • Medical certificate appropriate for license: current first class medical certificate available;
  • Night IFR flight: proven experience in IFR flight with landing and take-off in floating platform (semi-submersible and or vessel); 
  • Annual Cockpit Resource Management – CRM: initial and refresher (for refresher can be a short block of ground instruction and part of the annual route check).
  • Flight hours in helicopters: minimum two thousands (2,000) hours;
  • Flight hours in command: minimum one thousand (1,000) hours, of which not less than five hundred (500) hours shall be in a multi-engine helicopter;
  • Flight hour in offshore transportation: minimum five hundred (500) hours and two hundred (200) of with during the past twelve (12) months;
  • Flight hours in the same or similar type of helicopter as used in the Contract: minimum five hundred (500) hours, of which not less than one hundred (100) hours shall be in the same type of helicopter;
  • Flight hours in the previous ninety (90) days: minimum fifty (50) hours, of which not less than ten (10) hours shall be in the same type of helicopter (if not met, than a non-revenue check flight by a qualified company check pilot is accepted).
