Role Summary:

CHC has an opportunity for a Pilot to join our Emergency Medical Services work stream, based in Bunbury, Western Australia. This is a new base for us carrying out rescue and emergency aero medical service operations so will require a unique individual to fulfill the role.  This is a permanent opportunity with our business and looking for an immediate start.

 

The minimum requirements for this role are as follows;

·         A valid ATPL(H)

·         A valid IR-C-ME(H) with minimum of 3 renewals

·         Current Hoist endorsement with appropriate experience

·         Current endorsement on B412 and have the ability to complete an B412 endorsement course to Captain standard

·         3,000 flying hours rotary wing

·         2,000 flying hours Pilot-in-Command (PIC) rotary wing

·         50 flying hours PIC on primary type aircraft

·         1,000 flying hours on multi engine rotary wing

·         200 flying hours PIC night flying

·         Low Flying approval

·         Night VFR rating.

 

Desirable:

·         Sling load flying endorsement

·         NVIS rating.

 

Skills and Experience:

·         SAR and or EMS flying experience

·         Ability to work as a team player in a rapidly evolving and dynamic environment

·         Excellent customer service skills

·         Demonstrated interpersonal and organizational skills

·         Excellent writing and verbal communication skills

·         Highly detailed and task oriented.
